As Chief of Operations and Product, Steve and his team are directly responsible for Tethr’s product strategy and product management. He ensures that our product not only meets and exceeds customer expectations, but is also continually evolving in order to take advantage of both AI and machine learning technology advancements, and our latest research.

Steve is an entrepreneur and seasoned Fortune 100 executive with extensive retail, B2C and B2B experience. He brings to Tethr functional experience in merchandising, marketing, customer strategy & execution, innovation and growth and operations. Steve is a trusted and proven business leader with a passion for identifying, building and managing businesses and teams centered on customer needs, aligned with brand and business strategies, that deliver growth in key financial and customer metrics.

Prior to joining Tethr in 2014, Steve spent 12 years at Best Buy, where he ran several groups responsible for entertainment and digital assets as well as new business concept development.
