Today, we are excited to announce that we’ve raised $15 million to help fuel our growth and continued delivery of innovations to help our customers succeed and improve. With this financing, we’re thrilled to be partnering with IAG Captial Partners with support from our existing investors, including GroTech Ventures, MissionOG and Falmouth Ventures.
This news builds on Tethr‘s market momentum, including some of our more recent innovations and partnerships. Announced earlier this year, Tethr Essentials is an exciting new offering that delivers an extremely fast, cost-effective and low-risk way for customers to get started on their listening journeys and start seeing value from Tethr on day one. Also, the recently announced Tethr Effort Index (TEI), which is delivering the market’s first machine-learning based predictive measure of customer effort, enabling CX leaders to quickly pinpoint with tremendous precision, the biggest opportunities for improvement in customer experience.
Additionally, we are honored to be partnering with some market-leading solution providers, including recently announced relationships with Red Box for high-quality audio capture and Qualtrics, for next-generation customer experience measurement and management.
